Reservations & Returns

1. Log into website - Choose a membership type

2. Search for Special Loan Tool (by tool number or description)

3. Click on the Special Loan Tool to select

4. Click Borrow / Reserve

5. Choose reservation period (factor shipping times)

6. Click 'Add to Basket'

7. Add more items (if required)

8. Click Reserve (receive confirmation email)

Returns

1. Notify Support Desk via email (support@kialoantools.com)

2. Repack items for shipping

3. Remove old shipping labels 

4. Attach shipping labels  (supplied)

5. Leave at delivery/collection point

6. Await returned check-in confirmation email
